I am so glad to see this scoop! David cannot get better until he's pushed into intensive therapy and we knew that would not happen until Nikki was the catalyst and discovered he was gambling again. I so did not want to see him continue his downward slide throughout the summer. It can still happen, of course--it's a soap--but now that Nikki has proof of his gambling I think it's more likely he'll get the kind of therapy he needs at last. My fingers are crossed Brad will then no longer be able to manipulate him and we'll begin to focus more on the secret. We'll see!
