Victor tells Sabrina not to worry about Victoria's reaction to their relationship and suggests they go on vacation to Milan. Victoria tells Sabrina she does not want her to be Reed's godmother. Phyllis agrees to take over Sabrina's role. Jeff catches Alistair and Gloria mid-kiss. Jeff announces their marriage is over and he hints at turning her in for her poison skin cream scheme. He is shocked when she doesn't fight back. A drunken Jeff and Gloria make love. Michael tells Lauren that he has decided to drop the lawsuit against Jack. He explains that he never wants to be like Gloria. Nikki finds proof that David is still gambling. Lily tells Cane she can't marry him. Lily tell Neil that Dru's memory helped her decide to keep the baby. If the baby is a girl, she will name it in honor of Dru. Sharon orders a re-shoot on some photos for the magazine. Sharon and Phyllis clash over the photos, and Phyllis overrules Sharon's decision to do the re-shoot. Karen moves out of Neil's apartment.
