The mounts screw into the cross member. They have a stud that's welded to a plate that's bonded to the rubber. The plate is wider than the rubber "biscuit" and has an octagonal shape. If you look down between the frame rail and the rubber "biscuit" of the mount you should be able to see the plate. You can use a punch to drive against the plate edges to unscrew it. This is a lot easier to do with out the engine in the car. You can also spray the studs with WD40/PBB where they come through the cross member from under the car. You can't really see the area good so don't be stingy. If the mount is really stubborn you can cut/grind/burn the rubber off and weld a nut to the top of the plate. Hope this helps, Ra
