Installed via 'one-way' arrowhead clips (I think, Rick... correct me if I'm mistaken, please), that are HELL to get out. Remove the glass, then blindly find those clips and squeeze them any way you can. Once removed, get creative and find a way to restore them. I envision adhering 100% nylon 'velvet' cloth, or as was once available, a type of 'fuzzy' paint. (In the 70's, it was cool to black out one's hood with that stuff).
