I'm going to have to correct you on your improper use of the metric system's terminology.
It is actually spelled 'Tonne' and is pronounced 'tone' phoneticaly in the metric system and not 'Ton' (pronounced 'tun') which infers the outmoded imperial system of weight and measure. Ergo - it would be a 'Metric Craptonne' for future refrence.
Now as far as the upper control arm bushings go it is in fact a metric craptonne of work if you don't have the proper equipment to do it. I have done a arm bushings where you heat the seat with a tiger torch and hammer the new bushings in while it's hot, but it's not as nice as using a press.
