Comment fonctionne le choke électrique sur un chevette??Parce que quand je dranche du 12v sur mon fils ,les papillons ouvre????est ce que ses normal....

How does the electric choke on a Chevette? Because when I dranche the 12v on my son, the butterfly opens?? Is that its normal ....
