My fan cluch has just gone south and a quick internet search has revealed at least 4 manufacturers with prices ranging from $31.00 to $116.00 for a Chevy OEM unit (NEW). I know they say you get what you pay for but you also can get stung in just paying for the name.
There is also a local bone yard fairly close with a 85 that I've raided before but I'd have to factor the cost of the lost time for me to go get it. (3 Hours)
Any thoughts or experiences on aftermarket verses OEM especially with regard to the fan clutch.
