Unless Rockauto, or Rick Drake has the exact hoses you need, You are probably going to have to use universal replacement hoses. I assume you mean the hoses at the ends of the pipe which goes behind / under the exhaust manifold from the water pump to the heater.
One thing to watch for is that the two hoses on the heater core itself are two different sizes. I think they were 5/8" and 3/4" if I remember correctly...
