Howdy! My '76 Woody has developed a starting issue. When I attempt to start the engine, I lose all electrical power (everything dead, and will not crank) but power does come back in a few minutes (sometimes longer) and I hear a click before the power comes back on. Battery is good.
I suspect a bad starter/solenoid may be shorting out power to ground, or the starter motor may be seized-up.
Any ideas?
