Since it doesn't do it when the engine is cold, I'd guess it's not an oil leak. Unless, of course, you happen to live way back in the suburbs with a 20 minute drive at 5 mph. Normally, when you run the engine, oil leaks slowly. When you shut it off, it continues to leak a bit. Then when you start it you have 45 seconds of burnoff, and a huge cloud of blue smoke.
Considering you just rebuilt your carb, I would say you're running rich. I'm not familiar with the 1ME carb at all, so I have no advice there. I guess you could have an assistant stand behind the car while idling and see if they can smell gas.
