You have a dealer installed add-on a/c , it wasent offered factory installed (Installed as the car came down the assembly line) Dont forget to replace the dryier , orfice tube and oil, are you staying with R12 or converting to 134A? Replacing hoses is a great idea to prevent leaks . Check with Vintage air , they may be able to get you a modern compressor that will work better than orignal , good luck, Bill
