The I-Mark Diesel had A/C as an option from Isuzu, the Chevette Diesel did not, sadly.
Whatever compressor was used on this Chevette was certainly not installed by GM, and is of course, someone's ingenuity in adding A/C to the car.
Randell,
You should simply measure the mounting pattern cut into whatever bracket was made, the size of the O-Ring fittings on the lines and check your local boneyards for compressors from 80s and 70s vee belt driven GMs. I could almost guarantee they used one from something from then, maybe even a gasser Chevette compressor.
