Hey thanks for the offer but the car's not really worth the effort of putting a crossmember in. there probably is enough metal left there to be patched, I might put the for sale sign back in the window and see if somebody else has some more love for it. I really should be putting the 68 Austin Gipsy together, or doing maintainance on my truck rather than playing Chevette. It's just I can see the vette out the window
