Thats what I love about this forum, most everyone thinks just like me! I never owned a fwd car until this spring when i bought my daughter her saturn(I dont drive it). Chrysler corp. tried nothing but fwd cars and minivans in the '80s, not one v8 car(remember the K cars?) and it almost ruined the company. They now have more v8 rwd cars than anyone,300,magnum,charger and challenger. Gas prices will probably put an end to that. Cavaliers didnt cut it and cobalts are for the ladies. The GTO was the only decent GM offering in quite awhile, I hope the Camaro lives up to its heritage. The '05-up Mustang is right on the mark, the whole package with a huge aftermarket backing it up! Maybe all us forum members could locate and purchase the old Chevette tooling and rights and start our own car company! Think of the possibilities, classic chevette rwd's with late technology drivetrains? We could hire Carroll Shelby and Chip Foose! hehe. Pete
