trying to understand jetting these carbs

anyone with some info on understanding the way the jets, bleeds, and emulsion tubes are indexed? I've got 4 carbs worth of various brass bits and I'm trying to put together the best possible set-up. This was the recommended setup: Install the following on both the primary and secondary side: main jet- 160 main air corrector- 180 emulsion tube- 16 well I dont got those so how do i find the best of what I got?
