what i did was take one of those lead split fishing weights, and smashed it around the cable under the dash, when you look up at the accel pedal and flop it you will see where the cable stays put and the part of the pedal pulls on the cable goes towards the firewall, slip a few fishing weights on that cable(leave em a little loos eso they can slide) and that will hold the pedal up higher,
dont use so many because if you gun it you can stall the engine, or make it sputter to the point where the cars not accelerating lol
