Yes, the model on that picture is the "GP" fiberglass Chevette, has the lower spoiler factory added to the front. The bumper has been removed too.
If someone keeps records, capture that picture to archive, it won't stay long advertised.
The 'normal' fiberglass Chevette has no such front lower 'spoiler' and also never gets dented, wrinkled, bent nor rusted. I had one and in a light fender bender with an Impala, it bounced! with zero damage!
I will post other pictures when I find them. The country where it was built is Ecuador, by a humble company Aymesa; some data about them:
