And unless we shake our state and federal elected representatives and Senators up, educate the public (letters to the editors, personal conversations with the uneducated (and the so-called "educated" elite) and enlighten them, it's going to just getting worse, with every body turning into a bunch of bleeding heart do-gooder pussy willows! Write letters, make phone calls, send faxes, e-mails! Let the jackasses (and some elephants!) know the truth about what's going on out here in the hills! Chicken feed horses are tearing up the land, consuming feed that should be available for game animals or cattle, on a selective basis. But no, we've got to stop hunting sage hens, because their "ecology" is being damaged! Sure, there may be some pretty good horses out there, but generally they wouldn't be there if they were good horses.
