In the late 1980's there was a major wild horse problem west of Williams Lake B.C. The British Columbia government designated 4 or 5 guys to thin them and paid a bounty of $17.50 for each foretop and set of ears. When the public got wind of this the backlash was huge so they cancelled the hunt. Greg
