Youo may want to expand your topic to include such environmental groups as "Western Watersheds"
Do a google on them and be prepared to read your butt off......
You should also take a look at environmental legislation that indirectly removes cattle from the range: i.e. endangered species listings, programs that restore riparian habitats etc....
While you are at it google the Center for Biodiversity...
Urbanization is only a small factor in theh loss of grazing lands.....
It's the mis-informed urbanites that make or break us....... Ballot Box Biology is the method that enviros use to promote their programs to the uninformed.
Then if you really want to puke.... google the Wildlands Project... that should just make your day....
