Hi Dwayne, my name is Jerry Harvell and I ran across your request about the Harvell family (African American) well if you havent had a response, here is one. The Harvells are from Dinwiddie county as far as I can tell but I think they originated from Phila. don ask me why I think so, mainly because during my search most of their SSN are from there.
