My father, Charles Edward Allen II, was born in Petersburg, VA on April 28, 1861 to Charles Edward Allen and Panthea Burwell Boyd. I am seeking information about his address in Petersburg, his schooling and his business.
I would also like to know anything about where his father and mother came from in or around Granville County, North Carolina.
