old mill near campbell's bridge

I was researching T.D. Stewart in Petersburg last week. He owned a Powhatan Mill. According to directories it was near campbell's bridge on the North side of the river. Does anyone have any information on this. Is the Battersea Dam Hydro the same mill? I cannot locate anything on this.
