I'm looking for any descendants of or information about the family of Tecumseh Holt Thompson and his wife Emma Rebecca Harvell. After returning from the Civil War where he had been a prisoner of war held at the camp in Elmira NY, T.h. and Emma ran a grocery store in Petersburg. My grandfather, Osceola Thompson and his brothers Tecumseh and Walter were born there, but I haven't been able to find a birth record for Osceola or Walter. Also missing is a death record for the father in 1885 or 86. If anyone can help in any way, I would be most grateful. Nancy
