You grant all rights to USFTL and/or Full Sail University and any of their licensees, agents, successors, affiliates, and employees to use such photographs or recordings, in whole or in part in perpetuity throughout the world and in all media, now or hereafter known.
2 - You accept and voluntarily incur all risks of any injury, damages, or harm which arise during or result from your participation in this event.
3 - You waive all claims against USFTL, Full Sail University and any of their licensees, agents, successors, affiliates, officers, and employees for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims, whether known and unknown, which arise during or result from your participation in this event.
4 - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USFTL, Full Sail University and any of their licensees, agents, successors, affiliates, officers, and employees from all loss, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including but not limited to reasonable Attorneys’ fees and other litigation costs and expenses) incurred by any of the aforementioned parties to recover any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, or expenses which arise during or result from your participation in this event.
