Gentlemen,
This is your reminder that the early deadline for the OC Fall Flag Football Challenge is Saturday, 9/19! 8-man teams, save $80 by getting your payment in early! Any payments received after 9/19 will be charged full price.
A couple more notes:
- There will be bids to Orlando paid in 4-man, 5-man, 7-man and 8-man if there are at least 8 teams participating per style. The total prize (bid plus cash) for 8-man is at least $1000 with 10 teams participating.
- There is a $25 discount on the 4-man/5-man entry fee if an 8-man or 7-man screen team decides to play in both. Also, if your payment is in by the Early deadline for one style, you can add another style at the early rate as well.
- We will playing double elimination in 4-man and 5-man, and will split into A and B brackets if we have at least 6 teams in each. A brackets play for the cash, B brackets play for a trophy.
- Please pass this along to other teams who may be interested. Surprisingly enough, there are leagues who don't want to offer this information to all their teams, and are restricting their message boards.
- The host bar for the tournament is Duffy's on 130th Street, and we will be posting the 8-man and 7-man brackets there on Saturday night.
- The host hotels will stop giving the discount by 9/25, so book your rooms early. The rooms are discounted about $15-20 per night over normal prices.
- We will be selling embroidered long-sleeve t-shirts at the tournament for $12 each.
