Gentlemen,
I just wanted to remind you of a couple things.
- The early discount for all styles ends on Saturday, April 11th. If you want the cheaper price, payment has to be made by then. The final deadline is Monday, April 19th.
- If you need to pay by credit card, please contact me. I have PayPal, but you will pay the fees associated with it. I know they charge me $14 for a $500 transaction.
- If you have a time issue and want to participate, please contact me directly. I can work around most situations on Saturday, and have a few tricks I can use on Sunday. A league game should not keep you out of a tournament that you want to participate in.
- OC, can you come out and play? Teams want to come down to compete at the Beach, and we'd love to have the locals support this tournament.
- We need 6-8 teams in each style to justify a tournament. The good news is 9-man is growing (and we can only take 18 teams, so get your entries in), and 4-man and 7-man are looking pretty solid right now. 5-man is scaring me though. If your style is cancelled due to lack of participation, your entire entry fee will either be refunded or rolled over into another style, based on your choice.
- 7man and 9-man teams, we will be scheduling the 4-man and 5-man games around your schedule. Have guys who complain because they don't get enough PT? Wanna get your backup QB more throws? This is a great way to get as much out of your travel expenses, and if you pay one of your entry fees by the early deadline, I'll let you add on the 4-man and 5-man registration for the early price as well.
- It's not like you needed any excuse to come visit the host bar, but Duffy's is hosting the Miller Lite Girls on Saturday, April 25th from 9-11pm. So we've given you some motivation anyway!
- Here are the lists of committed teams in each style. If your team is not listed and is coming, please let me know so I can tell everyone else. If your team will not be able to attend, contact me on that as well and I'll remove you from the list of teams participating.
