I personally like heat races. It allows for you to figure out your car under race conditions and on a longer run. Yes in a 25-35 lap race an 8 lap run can be a long especially at the Bowl. Idk how to fix the track clean up sense they have lack of equipment as there problem. I would however clean up the racing. It's simple warn the drivers before the race about the unnecessary bumping. That's there only warning. If it's done during the race then they are parked. Two weeks ago I watched that 7R jack up the 17 cars rear end coming to the green! yes they were still under caution! He jacked the rear up and just stayed on him. The track did nothing and then the 17 just let him go. I heard he said something to him after the race but I mean seriously it was just dumb and the fact that the track let him get away with that is idiotic it just causes more work for the 17's crew and less time for them to focus on the setup
