It's been a while since I posted anything anywhere. Got hurt at work over a year ago which knocked me out of detecting for a long time! I've been back detecting for quite a while now and finding lots of stuff; tons of clad of course My gold count is down this year but lots of silver. This year I attended Treasure week in New York with my family plus a couple of weekend organized treasure hunts last month, both of them also in New York state. Lots of fun I love those hunts, I always come home with more than what I paid. My son who is almost 5 now (in Jan) is very keen on detecting and has a Troy X3 and he's getting the hang of it. I still use my trusty X5. Many of you's don't know this yet but I now have a daughter that's 11 months old. Getting out like I use to (almost every day) is hard to do. Any way just wanted to say hi to everyone and I'm glad to see lots of familiar names still posting here Cheers, Colin
