Along with my husband I visited the real jerk on Queen Street east during the Thanks giving weekend of 2009. It was the worst dining experience ever. The food was horrible the rice was burnt, the jerk chicken had no flavour at all, and the plantain was so oily. Finally, the customer service we received from one of the waitress (black lady with boy cut short hair) was a horror. She kept making smart comments and smirking every time she looked at us. It was a weird experience and we were so disappointed because we chose to visit this restaurant since before we arrived in Toronto we were so happy to discover this place but unfortunately it was a misfortune.
