MARGARET FRAZER HOUSE 25TH. ANNIVERSARY BBQ
A Donation Request
Margaret Frazer House is celebrating our 25th anniversary of service to the community, the women and their families by holding a fundraising BBQ.
Since its inception in 1984, Margaret Frazer House has provided transitional, twenty-four hours, seven days a week high support to women from diverse backgrounds who suffer from serious and persistent mental illness. Our clients have a wide variety of diagnoses and require intensive supports to live in the residential facility and the community.
The agencys capacity has grown over the last 25 years to include the following Programs and services:
Peer support program for women
Aging at home and support an initiative which allows seniors to age in their home with the necessary supports from a Community Resource Facilitator avoiding expensive systems care
Community Dining Program
Community Outreach and Crisis care
Crisis and Respite
The event will embody the grassroots community spirit, a value that is dear to the agency. It will be a celebration of Margaret Frazer the person and the invaluable service and programs the organization provides.
In addition, the event will include international appetizers and dishes to be provided by Margaret Frazer Community Dining program an initiative of the clients.
We are requesting a donation of (insert specific items you would like to obtain), which will be used in our silent auction. Your company will be recognized as a donor at our Annual General Meeting next year. The company will also be published in our Annual Report.
