First: I couldn't love your restaurant more. Every experience I had there has been excellent - the service, food, price, everything. Now I am trying to make my own Curry Chicken recipe out of your new book...and I'm a bit confused about some of the instructions in the recipe (p. 105) Specifically, it says combine all ingredients in bowl then chill in fridge...fine. The it says cook CHICKEN in oil, but the chicken is mixed with everything else, no? Then it says, add stock to chicken, cook, add green pepper and serve, and makes no mention of all the other ingredients. Hmmm. I can probably figure it out....but if someone could get back to me for the next time I try this that would be excellent.
In the meantime, keep up the good work!
