I had a vote and you wern't voted in. Of course I think Madman should be in The Hall of Fame but I wasn't going to fix the voting. You just missed the whole thing, sorry. Go to RMWF 2003 and sign up. I'm not running the fed right now. Maybe, if we do another wave of inductee's you can get in if you make a name for yourself again. Once again sorry.
