Sorry to hear about the issues you are having. Dave just dropped me a dog off on Thursday and it went exactly according to plan. He took great care of her and was right on time. I highly recommend him to any fellow breeder.

Like EVERY story, there is always two sides to it!! I have shipped many dogs with Dave and he has been nothing short of very professional, clean and ALWAYS gets my dogs to me or shipped to were they need to go in a timely fashion with all papers, keeping me updated the whole trip. I recommend Dave to anyone wanting a dog shipped 100%. Dave is a really good guy! I just got my bully this week, she came from Georgia, she was well taken care of and clean. This was my first pup to be ground shipped and it was an excellent experience, Dave called to give me update and was very professional. If your missing paper call the breeder they can always be replace, the important and major issue is that the puppy arrived to you safe and in good condition. Good Luck

I spoke to Silver Slipper (Jordan) the day this popped up and I would like to explain my side of this. I will send him the papers Monday November 9th and as far as I know this is resolved. First off he was supposed to place a post stating that this issue has been resolved. Since he has not I will tell the truth about this. He wanted a puppy to give to his niece as a gift. Because we are friends I cut him a great deal of $400.00 for the puppy. This would have been a $1200.00 puppy to the general public. The puppy was the pick male and off my stud Bo Duke. I told Jordan all I wanted out of the deal was to breed to him if he turned out and Jordan agreed. He said that his sister was very easy to do business with and should have not problem. As time went on Jordan began asking me for the paperwork. I admit that I did tell him I would give it to him. It was not a real big deal until Jordan told me that his sister was going to get this dog fixed unless she gets the papers. Jordan said that his sister was suspicious that the puppy might be a mixed breed and would only believe it was a purebred unless she got the paperwork. Well since this was originally suppose to be just a pet I did not rush out initially to give them the papers but now his sister is crazy to get the papers because the male turned out to be an awesome beast. Well I agreed to send the paperwork and asked Jordan’s sister to sign a one (1) breeding stud rights contract. I spoke to her on the phone and she agreed. I sent the contract with a copy of the parent’s paperwork to prove the pup was purebred and now she told Jordan she does not want to be tied into a contract. Well that was two weeks ago and I was waiting for the contract to be signed and sent back to me and I would send the papers. Well Saturday Jordan calls demanding the paperwork or else. I did not believe that he would air out my laundry on this public forum. This is where I do business and I apologize. I am very honest and would never lie to anyone. As we all know business is business and a contract only protects against disagreements, misunderstandings and the acute case of amnesia. Why Jordan’s sister decided she did not want to sign to the contract baffles me. Jordan spoke to me Saturday and assured me that his sister would honor the deal and if she did not he would give me $800.00 back. Friendship is more important to me than a piece of paper so I told Jordan that I would send the papers without a signed contract. If I had sold the puppy to Jordan I would not have required a stud rights contract because I know Jordan and trust him but I do not know his sister and like I said business is business. I admit I was laxed about getting Jordan’s sister her papers but my original understanding was that it was only to be a pet quality purchase and not a breeder purchase but at the same time she agreed to the contract and so in my opinion I am in the right.
