DL, I don't think your figures have much basis in fact, there is really no way to gather accuratge information on the things you state, like the percentage of pit bulls, 3%, in the population, there is just no way to know any of that.
That doesn'ttake away from the importance of your post,and it is a topic I spend time on daily. I agree with your thoughts and good feelings about the problem. If your interested in doing things about the problem you might check out www.petsarelife.com
