Thanks for the link. I have added to my list of references. My vet gives me a killer rate on sugeries. I give him the volume to warrent it though. I pay just slightly more than a straight OVH or neuter. I am paying about $125 or so per puppy. I get the same rate as the shelters(50% of normal rates)becuase I'm in there weekly, lol. Pups are done at 8.5 weeks (or when they are about to leave) and sent home a day or two later.
