Trying not to make this post spiral out in all directions..but I understand what you are saying about just because a dog is in a pedigree or many pedigrees over and over, does not make that dog any better then the next...Also, having a Champion from a confirmation show does not mean much either...unless, again, if the dog has been tested in other areas as well (health screening, working capability, so forth)
