I would tell someone who wanted to breed his real ugly, non-conforming, un-tested Bulldog. The same thing that I have told a few folks who have inquired about Capone.
Just because it has a uterus or a penis does not mean it should be bred.
I am darn nice about it though!
Breeders should take the same oath that doctors do..... do no harm.
Seriously, it is a constant battle of education, education, education. Whether you are breeding dogs, horses, cats, etc.
