My 2 cents: I believe that if a dog meets the criteria that you set then the call is yours. However, when putting together your criteria i feel you need to be honest about what you are looking for and the direction you want your program to go. I also believe that outside input from some trusting individuals maybe needed. I think that you had posted something before about "Kennel Blindness" so the need for outside input maybe needed more than some admit.
Someone could always list every catagory for what they believe as the breed standard, then assign a value for each item. After you score your dog you can ask someone else to do the same and compare. But keep in mind a breeder / owner is the only one that can determine his or her own kennel standards.
