Imagine how crazy a "caffiene bar" would be if it was illegal to drink it until you were 21!!!! Alcohol is a depressant meaning it CHILLS people out, and look at the ridiculous behavior that insues... Imagine if people got all fired up at a bar slamming energy drinks one after the other until they were so revved up that they started hallucinating (which is actually the result of a caffiene overdose).
