What's going on in the next door neighboring barrio-hood.
Illegally parked vehicle:
A warning notice was issued to a blue truck and trailer that were causing a traffic hazard, as drivers can't see around the vehicle because it is too big.
A caller reported that there was a man in his 40's wearing a red shirt and blue jeans screaming and yelling like a crazy person. The man was walking up and down the sidewalk and sometimes dancing to himself.
A caller reported that a couple were having sexual relations in the front seat of a 4 door blue car. The caller said the car could be seen from her upper apartment window.
A 22-year old man wearing a black track suit was going door to door selling something, but the caller thought the man was stocking the south part of the neighborhood barrio.
A patrol check was conducted for a homeless man who had set up a hammock across the stairways at the barrio park. The man was asking the people passing by to swing the hammock. Some people did gave him a swing or two and some just ignored him. Then, a homeless man came and dumped the man off the hammock, saying it was his hammock. They both got into a fist fight and one had his nose bleeding and ran from the park.
A caller reported that people living in a motorhome possibly dumped their sewer tank in the street. They look like travelers from out of state because the license plate was not local plates. The caller didn't get their plate number because it was too far away from her house.
A man called to report that a male gardener who was putting his face up to the window of next neighbor house to check out if anyone was inside the house.
Police were called to report of a woman or possibly a man was screaming. The sound seems to be coming from behind the caller's home. It seems like a hurting or a suffering scream.
A drunken man was banging on the windows of parked cars on the street. The man was described as 6-foot 2-inches, wearing a green shirt and blue jeans. The man was wearing white tennis shoes with yellow shoe strings. He was carrying a brown bag and a grey back-pack. The man had a heavy beard and long hair. He did not have a belt but instead a rope around his waist for a belt. The man walked with a limp and looking in all directions. The man kept looking at his watch every 2 or 3 minutes like he was timing every vehicle he look into it and checking the car's door handles. On one car he put a note on the windshield, I will be back soon. The man is a mystery. Nobody knows who he is or where he comes from. For the past 6 months he has been coming back to the barrio every month about the same hour at noon.
Stay tune. To be continue.
Well, there you have it. Believe it or not. You be the judge.
