A woman said that a former friend showed up drunk and kept knocking on her door. The woman said this is on going issue for some time now. Although the ex-friend left during the phone call, she asked that she wants to discuss the matter with the deputies. She thinks that her ex-friend might come back anytime and do her some harm. Her ex-friend used to be roommates long time ago and that he may be looking for a place to stay or doesn't know his intentions for coming back.
Suspicious person and circumstances:
A patrol check was requested for a black car parked near a tennis courts and occupied by a man in his 30's, wearing a black sweater and black pant. The man was reportedly approaching teenager girls in the area.
A surfboard had been left on a beach table unattended for the entire day. The caller thought it may have been stolen. No one has claim it yet or come back to get it.
A woman said a transient man told her that another transient man was possibly on drugs and told him he had set the bridge on fire but the fire is out now. It seems that the man doesn't got it all there, if you know what I mean.
A patrol check was requested for a man who appears "creepy" and reportedly been seen going in and out of the women's restrooms in the barrio park.
A woman said someone was pointing a green laser beam into her residence and into the nearby trees. The woman believe the laser beam came from the hill across from her home. As far as she can see, it looks like a night party is going on at that location. She see people on the balcony and like some dancing going on.
A transient stole a bike and took off south bound on salt creek road. It seems like he didn't know how to ride a bike, because he was bumping into cars that parked on the side of the road. The barrio police is asking of any leads as to where about or information about the bike-bandit.
Disturbance music or party:
A party was happening somewhere on the south part of the barrio with a loud live band, Blaring a tuba and other instruments. The sound can be heard for a mile or so. The caller is trying to get some sleep but also dogs are barking across the street from her home. It's Friday night and people are starting to party on the weekends.
Keep the peace:
A woman complained that her drunken neighbor's vehicle was blocking her drive-way and he told her he would move it until she apologized to him. The woman gave him a dirty look and she called the barrio police. Before she could hang-up, the drunken neighbor grabbed the garden water hose and got her all wet while she was still talking to the police. By the time the deputies arrived, there were no one to arrest. In there investigation the neighbor's house was empty and someone was living there with out paying rent. The drunken neighbor was never seen in the barrio-hood ever again. Barrio people say this occurrence had happened before with other neighbors and that this is a mystery or some say that there is a ghost in the barrio.
Well, There you have it, Believe it or not. You be the judge.
