Hejola report for 04172014.
Kingsville,tx. Hello again I am Gloria Guerra con todayís award winning barrio headline news:
Barrio member arrested for selling beautiful cats.
Tina V. a hero in our minds.
And finally some fair play news.
Yesterday a list of campaign promises were listed by a group named La vida es la vida, that monitor campaigns and the promise that politicians make while they are running for office. Here are some of the slogans that will never add up:
1. A chicken in every pot.
2. Free food and drinks for life.
3. Cut your front yard for free.
4. Vote for me I know more.
5. A vote for me is a vote for you.
6. She or he, donít know better.
7. Will fix all the streets.
8. Promise to do this and that and I donít need any one else.
9. Letís just run them out of town.
In other news the effort to storm the compound of our now beloved Tina V. our hero for 2013, has kind of tone down a bit. Yesterday el barrio welcome wagon told us que at least ten or more of the county and city and state officials have abandon their efforts in trying to capture the now 300 or some cats that are being protected by the barrio welcome wagon and its hand full of supporters. But at least 10 law dogs are still monitoring the house and hoping que, the folks will slip up and allow them to raid the home and capture those darn cats.
And finally the cat man Mando Pena was arrested after it was determine que all those beautiful cats he had and showing off were stolen from other town rich side. El constable told us que there was no freaking way a barrio resident could possibility own such beautiful animals, in this the constable was right, charges will filed.
Ok raza donít take stuff that aint yours..
