Arizona's Tejano / Conjunto Update
In the 29 years, no one outside Texas has ever won a Tejano Music Award, so what happens next. The Texas Talent Musicians Association has reached out to Arizona's own Tejano Music Award Winner to see what the best way to present the award.
There are talks of Vice President of the Texas Talent Musicians Association (TTMA) Tejano Music Awards - Frank Salazar may be traveling to Phoenix , Arizona to present the Tejano Music Award for Best New Artist - Female to Monica Castro from El Mirage , Arizona. All, I will say is Monica wants it brought to Arizona for all of us Tejano Music Fans to be present and share the experience with her.
We all know that Arizona is a giant HUB for Tejano Groups throughout the year. Arizona also has a Tejano Radio Station Tejano KXEW 1600 AM.
