I just saw it this morning during the NBC news in Chicago. A husband and wife are crying and have their hands over their eyes. A "bubbly"
host who looks just like Tava ( same build,same hairstyle) is telling them how happy they are going to be with their new kitchen remake. Then she tells them to open their eyes, and the "remake" is 2 different flavor boxes of "Total Cereal" sitting on the counter top.
They start thanking her and crying hysterically.
It ends when the husband runs over and picks the host up off the floor with a huge bear hug !
