Hey everybody out there, we need your help.
If you visit the Clean Sweep website you'll see ,under Bulletin Boards, that we are trying to save the show. The cast,including current host Tava Smiley, has filmed enough episodes to show through October. TLC is going through some changes, however, and they have decided to cancel the show. We have mounted a massive voting campaign to try and change their minds.
The parent company of TLC (The Learning Channel) is the Discovery Channel. The main sponsor was Clorox. We have been writing and
e-mailing all 3. Something each of you Tava fans can do right now, is vote at the link posted below. So far more than 2400 people have voted, and 98% have said "Keep Clean Sweep" on the air !
1800 have voted in just the last 2 days.
Even if you don't have cable and have never seen the show, it is a very worthwhile show. It is both entertaining as well as helpful (in a home improvement kind of way). Most of all, Tava is the host. PLEASE HELP HER OUT, AND VOTE NOW !
