Not sure if any of you remember the little yellow dog that Annie posted on here about 10 years ago. She needed a home, and the owner ended up dumping her at the Shelter in Santa Monica. I went and adopted her from there.
My little girl passed away last night, not sure what happened, I heard her whine (she does not whine or yelp for no reason) so ran over to look, and she was pretty much gone already. Her heart was still beating, but she had stopped breathing. We even tried mouth-to-shnout, but it didn't work, we didn't even have a chance to take her to the vet.
I had just gotten home from a trip out of the country 2 hours before that. So I'm very grateful that I was home, and got to be with her.
I do miss her little face so much already. She's been with me through a lot. and was definitely a Momma's girl.
RIP sweet little Reba.
