TIER has taken in a grey mare whose owner was having difficulty caring for her. We don't yet know if the owner will relinquish her, but we offered to help her as she is badly in need of help. In the mean time, we thought we would see if anyone might be willing to help with the costs of her care. We really were not in a position to take in any additional horses, since donations are are quite low, but just couldn't say no to helping this lovely lady. She's about a 2 on the henneke scale, but is starting to pick up already.
