hi all, I hope this isn't inapropriate, if it is, feel free to delete.
I have been working with this group of very passionate women, that started a Forum. There are all kinds of Rescues listed, including TIER.
Some very good information, and very knowledgeable and helpful people are on there.
If any of you would like to join, here is the link.
There is also rescuing going on, horses that are in QT, in Foster, have been rehabilitated, etc.
