Posted by marm Would you believe (after the little off-course excursion of your visit) that I now have a GOAT!!! Typical - it's that odd animal-hobo sign at the end of my drive. You know the one: FOOD HERE! She showed up and once the horses decided that she wasn't a fugitive from hell, decided to co-exist. She did, however, decide that she had a marked taste for things other than the food I provided. Took my Clematis Armandii to the GROUND! Among other things... So she's on a 75' overhead runner, with a 15' extra-heavy-duty lead which gives her enough running room to get up a decent head of steam, but not *quite* enough to reach the gardens. Cute thing! full head of horns, but she hasn't tried to use them on anyone! Everyone else is fine! I think you know that I lost Jura this spring, after 28 years together. Love to you and yours! carol
